Refund Policy

Returns
Our refund policy spans a 20-day period from the date of purchase. Regrettably, we cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe. To qualify for a return, the item must be in brand-new condition and in its original packaging.


To facilitate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from returning the purchased item directly to the merchant.
Partial returns may be considered in specific circumstances:

  • Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition.


Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the acceptance or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a specified number of days and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns; sale items are exempt.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged items qualify for replacement. Contact us at info@serenityhimalayan.com to initiate an exchange. Please return the item to Serenity Himalayan Pink Salt


Gifts
If an item marked as a gift is returned directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt. If the gift was not identified as such during purchase or was shipped to the gift donor, we will process a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping
To return a product, send it to Serenity Himalayan Pink Salt. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and shipping expenses are non-refundable. If eligible for a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged items depend on your location.
For items exceeding $75 in value, consider using a tractable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
